Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me as your artist. I reserved this time especially for you. I understand sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. STRICT & ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients who may have requested the slot miss the opportunity to receive services. I know how easy it is to forget about an appointment we booked weeks ago, I will text you the day before to confirm the appointment. This gives you the opportunity to reschedule, and I the opportunity to book someone who may have wanted that time slot if you cannot make it. Since the services are reserved for you personally, and I may not be able to fill the slot, so effective 1/1/20 a CANCELLATION FEE  of $25 will apply for less than a 24 hour notice of cancellation and NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of services reserved. (Example: makeup application is $75) a no show will be charged the full amount of $75 for not showing up before or at the next appointment. This cancellation policy allows me the time to inform standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled. These policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for my growing business and future clientele.
